T-Mobile in Store Upgrade

I recently upgraded my mobile phone in a t-mobile store, and since doing so found out that I would be eligible for a better model of the phone I plumped for.

I have contacted the store and they have told me that as it was done in store rather than online or over the phone there is no 'cooling off period'. I was wondering if anyone out there knows if this is the case or if they are trying to pull the wool over my eyes?

The upgrade was only done on Monday (17th) so it has been two days.

All help appreciated.

If the upgrade was done in store then you are stuck with the phone. Only upgrades done over the phone let you return the phone within 7 days under the DSR. You can try T-Mobile CS to see if they will change it for you. I dont hold out to much hope.
