BE Broadband

Hi,
I recently changed from tiscali broadband to BE broadband and found a major difference. Tiscali could only give me around 1.5 meg speed
when i was only 1km away from the exchange! This i was paying £13 a month for!

I am now with BE who is a part of 02 and I get 7 meg speed as tested on speedtest.net
whilst paying £13.50 all in with no download limit!

I have only been with BE for a week now, however no problems as of yet :T
Please note if you are with 02 for your mobile, then it's worth looking at them for
broadband as you get a better deal, £7.34 inclusive of vat with no download limit.

  • I've been with Be* now for about 2 years. BEST.....ISP.....EVER

o2 offer basically an identical service, probably because its the same company, slightly cheaper than Be if you use o2 mobile you get a discount.

However I went with Be, because they have more "tweaking" options for you line, for those technical people out there. Plus Be also has a more friendly user base, good forums, and their own live chat rooms.

There is no other ISP for me, cheap, no capping, no usage limit, only a 3month contract, no connection fee if recommended by an existing member, fast and reliable connection, and good support. What more can you ask for?

I'm with O2 (Be's sister network), just started my second year with them, re-signed for another 12 months as they offered to give me 2 months free, seeing as I had no intention of changing my isp in any case I'm fairly happy

Worth mentioning, AOL flatly refused to do anything like that when I was with them for over 3 years, no offers or incentives to stay.

No regrets about changing to O2 at all, I would recommend their LLU network to anyone.
