So, who else is getting married on Saturday? It looks as though it may snow! While part of me would love a white wedding, there's also the stress over whether the cake maker will be able to deliver the cake on the day, and whether the photographer and guests will be able to get here. We live in a very rural and quite hilly part of north Oxfordshire, and can't get in or out of the village when it snows. At least the ceremony is in the village church, and the reception in the next village, so can always put our wellies on! Not sure whether to be excited or panic at the forecast3-6 Month Emergency Fund #14: £9000 / £10,0000

I'm Saturday too, Metcheck https://www.metcheck.com is telling me that temperatures will go no higher than -1 between 9am and 6pm and some snow during the day. We've had it on good authority that the house is accessible if it snows, it's just the village you have to travel through that isn't!!! Also all of our guests (who aren't staying over nearby) have at least an hours journey from home ahead of them, I just hope everyone can make it.
I'm going to make sure I pack my walking boots.
We're leaving our home sometime on Wednesday (as we live 200 miles from where we marry) staying at my dad's for a couple of nights and then off to our venue. I/we have loads to do, and haven't even started packing yet. I also have to take all our Christmas presents up with us, as we're going away for a few days after the wedding, back to my dad's and then back home around 27/28th!!!
