Any CPW customers here? (I need help)
Once you have registered with CPW online billing, and if you opt for "itemised billing (99p per month charge), what exactly does this mean?
I mean if I don't select "itemised billing", can I still see which numbers I dialed as well as how much the call cost online?
CPW have been mesisng my about for 2 days, lying about information and deceiving me.

I think that is to see the listed number of calls you made on your monthly printed statement. Is that what you were asking?0 -
You will only get a "totals" bill and invoice if you dont put 99p in for itemised billing.
If you pay for it you will get every call detailed with cost and time on your bill.
If you havent registered online the bills will come in post, once you go online the bills will be emailed to you and available online. Yes you can take a print of your invoice/bill to send for cash back.
Hope I am clear enough and this helps.0 -

Thats interesting because it you don't opt for paper bill then ideally you shouldnt be charged for itemised billing online. I mean 3 and T-Mobile don't charge for itemised billing online, only if you want to recieve paper bill.
I have never understood that one. I mean do o2 incur huge costs for making itemised billing online? I can understand paper bill.0 -
Its a different company but when I called Primus (Home Phone Provider) they waived off my line rental (£2.99 every month) for opting in for Online bills only.
So ideally online bills should be free, its just access to something they are already storing.0 -
Apparently, I try to log into my online billing, its now saying enter "valid E-mail address" even though Im entering the correct details. Strange!!!! anyone else experiencing this?0
