You can ignore terms like that, ebay give you 7 days and as a buyer you hold all the cards anyway. If you don't pay within 7 days there is nothing at all the seller can do, they can't open an NPB until after the 7th day and they can't leave a negative.

Personally I tend to avoid sellers who have silly terms in their auctions, it shows they are not completely ebay savvy and I can do without the hassle.

Just to update. The buyer has paid today so I can safely send the item tomorrow. Very happy now as all sorted before I go away
