Well, the complete !!!!!! did neg me this afternoon, so I have lost my 100% feedback of five years standing

I spoke to PowerSeller phone support, but they claim they can not remove the neg despite the emails from the buyer. Apparently this doesn't consitute feedback extortion:
"I don't agree that a refund is not required.I think you should accept the product back and resell yourself as you have so much confidence in it.
I will wait till later this afternoon before giving feedback in the meantime you should reconsider your decision regarding a refund. My feedback will not be complimentary,so it's up to you.I would refund if I were in your position."

Seems fairly clear to me

Contact live help again and nag them to death, that is most definitely clear feedback extortion.

Unfortunately the guy I spoke to said that unless they actually put "give me xyz, or I will leave negative feedback" then it isn't FB extortion :(

Fortunately I have had a flurry of positive FB this morning, pushing the neg almost off the page so out of sight, out of mind  Almost feels liberating to have lost my "neg virginity" lol.

Just reply calmy to the neg stating "buyer demanded refund after 1 month and threatened negative feedback if I didn't comply. Here it is!"
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

I would put something like buy had item for 1 month, sold on to someone else who returned and now wants refund from me or something along those lines.

I would keep pestering ebay to remove it though, when i speak to them on the phone a different person always says something different.

Maybe complete the online ebay form requesting feedback is removed (it goes to ebay) and theres an option im sure for feedback extortion.
