Please Help - How to contact O2 regarding fraud!

Hi

Please could someone tell me how to contact O2 when you are not an O2 customer, without using 0870 number. They have taken £30 out of my account and I am not a custmer. Just tried the 0870 numbers but after being on hold for 8 mins and no answer Igave uyp as it is costing me an absolute fortune. Costing just as much to sort out the fraud. Grrrrr!

Also contact the bank, they can do a charge back into your account. The O2 fraud dept will probability tell you to do that as well as it faster than the network trying to reverse the transaction.

If it was from a credit card you need to contact the issuer so they can give you a new number.

If it was from a bank acc (DD) then O2 will 'hot' the acc/card on their system so it can't be used again.
