Problem With Viewing Orange Bill Online
I have a contract with Orange and manage it online. The Orange site is generally poor for viewing my bill, but with perseverance I generally manage. It seems to have gone haywire for the last week and I cannot access my bill at all. I can use every other function on the page but every time I select " view bill " I get an error message and request to "try again later." Is it just me, or has anyone else got the same problem, before I try talking to customer services.( which will be a trying affair if past experience is anything to go by. )

to be honest, I'm totally fed up with their website. I've had this problem for around a year now. It either takes forever and times out or gives the error that you mention.
I'm also having persistent problems with logging in. If I log in via one one method, it's fine. If I log in via the main page, it tells me to "add" a phone that I'd like to manage and then tells me it's in use. I thought I'd just wait for them to sort these issues out, but I've been waiting for some time now. Interested to hear whether others have had the same problem too.0 -
Glad it's not just me then. I have had all the problems you mention ,intermittently. I find it's generally a waste of time talking to the muppets at Orange, they are very pleasant but cannot usually answer my questions or solve the problems.0

I used to have these problems but now its generally fine.
Are you guys using numbers ported from another network or are they GENUINE orange numbers?0 -
ok mine was ported from o2 and i used to have these problems. but then i emailed them and now its ok..? (they didnt even reply to my email, just fixed whatever the problem was)0

Mine's a genuine Orange number of 4 years standing, and my experience of their website has always been grim0

I have a ported and a genuine number. Same problem on both. Their website is so moody. I even emailed CEO with this problem in detail and got a call back from CEO office appologising and explaining that this is just a facility and not part of services and they are trying to improve.
I wish thats soon....0 -
No the orange website it utterly appallling when it comes to managing your account.
I too have the same problems in retrieveing bills etc. Sooo frustrating.0 -

they seem to say this a lot! Even when you complain about inclusive minutes that are not updating regularly, their reply is its not part of the contract//its not a service we guarantee etc!0
