I've noticed some of them have an access number starting with 0844 (PhoneCheap).....
now, would that be free if my mobile phone network (o2) allows 0844 to use as part of inclusive minutes?0 -

O2 are only network that allows you call 0844 numbers out of your inclusive minutes, on some of their contracts (Not all of them). So yes if your contract qualified you could call them out of your inclusive minutes.
However they would not necessarily be free, unless you had a contract where you got 100% cash back . Because you pay for the inclusive minutes monthly.
EG . 250 minutes at £25 a month. 0844 calls will cost 10p a minute.0
