Dolphin 30 bill charges??

HI
I tried to get through to orange last night but their system was down.
I have had my bill for dolphin orange with a £10 discount, however, I dont understand what the last call charges would be for as there were no additional minutes used or texts, can someone give me some idea?

Dolphin 30(18 mnth) 25.53
Additional services (vat applicable)
Indirect 10 credit ex-vat -8.52
call charges(vat applicable)
Amount this month 3.48 This is the bit I dont understand!!
Data charges 0.00
