Running cCleaner

Hiya all. Have installed this software, now want to run it, but it is saying that it will delete all ticked files- Which do I untick? Thanks to all who reply.

With CCleaner, if you click the applications tab, you can select what you want to keep in the browser you use (since mine automatically does it to IE, which I don't use, I use Firefox and have to do this) You can save all cookies and internet history if desired
