Faulty 3 Phone
Hi All,
My wife renewed her contract with 3 just over 2 months ago and got an INQ which was possible the worst phone ever.
The phone started to play up when accessing facebook ( wouldn't find page and started running reeaalllyy slow).
We phoned 3 only to be told it was a known issue but they didnt have a time scale to repair it.
So not been a happy bunny i emailed them and in a polite but firm tone more or less said if they cant fix the issue or at least give a time scale why cant the phone be exchanged for one that actually works.
They eventually rang after 2 days only to get us to send the phone in for repair ( for a fault they cant fix as of yet!)
and then had the nerve to mention we may have to pay a charge if a fault is found.
Basically i want to know if there is any way we can demand a replacement phone because i aint payin for a phone that doesnt do what it says on the tin!
Cheers.
