  • Yep Ive been thinking of being ready to move to that role for the last year and its a higher grade.

    threading is very painful and brings me to tears but neighbour was fairly gental and used tweezers as well. It also means I can get it done more often which should mean its less painful.

    My SIL to be does eyebrow threading for me and it always makes me sneeze! Prefer it to plucking though.

    Currently CC £23,674.36 /£14,895.41/£14315.42
    Mortgage £28,214.65/ £26,254.71/ £25,746.43
    By end 2020 I want CC at £ 19,000.00.
    By end 2021 I want CC at £10,000.00
  • Yep it comes under stupid things we do to look good. Bit naughty yesterday spent £80 online in the bodyshop sale although I should have £10 to come back from quidco and I got loads. I have run out of concealer and moisteriser so got that with some bargain xmas/birthday pressies and got a free mascara as well.

    Got a free lunch today so that was a nice surprise.

    DD2 is still doing Karate is £20 for her annual licence and insurance gone out and she needs new trainers. Have a spare pair in her size but they were originally for DS. Now DD2 wont wear them as they are BOYS!

    DD1 needs a new school bag the one I brought at the start of school is too big even though thats what she wanted :mad:

    have 2 nephews birthdays to buy for this weekend so cash flow not as good as i thought - kids eh!!

    Interview on the 2nd so a couple of weeks yet.

    Inspired by Martins appearance tonight I rang up BT and got £11.50 a month off my phone an broadband so £138 for the year - not quite a grand but a start!!

    Ref OH got a letter ref DRO but cant get through to cccs on the phone :mad: so faxed it but no responce and still cant get through on the phone :mad: :mad:. Hoping though we are on the home straight with that.

    Interview on Tues but busy at work so no prep time till the weekend.

    Great saving there..it's a good idea to look through DDs every 6 months to a year to see what you can shave off.
