Hi KP, Happy belated birthday from me. Hope you get some money off your friend soon, you are too nice!

Well done on your shopping budget - I am making a real effort on mine this month but we shall see how successful that is! x x

Good that you got something off her in the end.
  • Hello

Made the payment to MBNA, OH nabbed 5 to buy some sugar but other than that a NSD.

Slow start to the day but have sorted the coat cupboard and under the stairs so that looks much better. Each time I do a job like that the house looks a tiny bit better and I still get to laze for most of the day!. Still got hats, gloves and scarfs to sort through but can do that watching TV.

Tomorrows target is the kids toys that are on the landing. The rooms themsleves arent too bad but a lotof excess stuff about that needs a home - hopefully someone elses :rotfl:.

Ssssh just spotted a MASSIVE spider above the computer .Looks like its gone behind a picture. Thankfully Im not the type to scream but still not my favrite animal since I watched aracnophobia years ago!

I'm with MIT if they haven't noticed by now they are safely yours! I finally moved all the kids toys out of the living room and into their bedrooms - it was getting ridiculous, problem is I now need to empty their cupboards of even older toys to get the slightly newer toys in, DD asked if I was clearing the living room ready for Father Christmas to bring more - we don't need him when we have Grandad methodically buying them the whole of Argos! x x

  • LOL at grandad. Younger kids want/get/have sooo much stuff. DD1 almost 12 has stuffed her things in a small viseo cabinet and says thats is other then the trickets on shelfs. Everything else is DD2s who at 9 just cries at the mention of 1 tidying  and 2 getting rid of anything  . DS has a fair amount but has just about enough room for it. His is all cars or various things with wheels!

Good news today is50p on free scratch card and £15 bodyshop slae to friends DIL :j . So 5 to me and 10 to MBNA.

Spends so far 1 to DD1 which I think I have already added onto total when I promised her 5 last week - she has had 3 so far.

No housework yet still got bags of kids winter /summer hats etc to sort.
