hi im back lol just got my pack through from the bankruptcy services asking for bit n bobs.
its asking for loan or finance agreements, but all i have are the ltters from the debt collection agencies, is it ok to just send them?
need to find out asap so if anyones out there that knows that would be great

Just send what you have Chunkyu :)
The OR can find all the info he/she needs anyway but obviously it makes their life easier if you can provide as much paperwork/bumph as possible :)

D+D - have you checked what kind of system your court operates - mine had a walk in service so no appointment was necessary.

I rang my local court this morning, and i have an appt for next tue at 11am! (I could have had 1pm, but I thought, the sooner it's over and done with the better).

The lady said I may/may not have to see the judge, it all depends on which judge is sitting that day........oh please let it be a judge who just wants to stamp the form and doesn't want to speak to me!lol :(
