i remebered the q i was going to ask, my partners coming with me, but when i see the judge and when they go through the stuff can i do it on my own, so she does'nt have to hear all the facts?

No-one is there to judge you and the judge certainly wont say you are a failure and yes of course you can go in alone. You will be fine, you are not a failure, you have made a very brave decision to take life by the (you know what) and faced up to it. You will have a big smile on your face tomorrow when you leave court, trust me!

thanks i know you guys are telling me the truth guess im really starting to get the colly wobbles, well i will be posting back here tomorrow when its all over.
all you guys n girls are amazing its so nice to know that theres people out there to give you support, and sadly i know there are thousands of people around the country going through the same.
are there any support groups set up out there for people post br?

Hi, I noticed from your location that you might be in Bournemouth, if you are then you won't even see the judge, just the clerk! If you are going to Bournemouth court you will find them really sympathetic and polite.
