i remebered the q i was going to ask, my partners coming with me, but when i see the judge and when they go through the stuff can i do it on my own, so she does'nt have to hear all the facts?0

No-one is there to judge you and the judge certainly wont say you are a failure and yes of course you can go in alone. You will be fine, you are not a failure, you have made a very brave decision to take life by the (you know what) and faced up to it. You will have a big smile on your face tomorrow when you leave court, trust me!

Hi, I noticed from your location that you might be in Bournemouth, if you are then you won't even see the judge, just the clerk! If you are going to Bournemouth court you will find them really sympathetic and polite.0
