i tried this once when in belgium to call a british mobile. i think its a pretty cheap way of calling internationally and roaming. its the only mobile dialback service i've found.
I was surprised not to find it here already.

There are others, but that is one of the cheapest for mobile to mobile, to use with foreign SIM cards, and you can register more than one on the account. Pity about per minute billing though
