Im looking for the best Sim Only Deal
Hi Folks
Im looking to switch from Pay as you go to Sim Only due to the value for money aspect and the fact you get way more minutes and texts.
As I am a Virgin Media customer I am able to get 400 anytime any network minutes and unlimited texts, also 200 minutes to Virgin Mobiles all for £15 per month.
http://allyours.virginmedia.com/html/bundles/virginmobileoffer.html
I do not wish to spend more than £15 per month and wouldn't like to be tied to a contract so is this the best deal out there for £15? I have had a look at the network offers and no one I can see can match this deal.
Any tips or advice would be handy. Il be signing up to Sim Only at the end of the week so if there are any better deals out there could you point me in the right direction.
Thank You

Are you on Virgin/T-mobile at the moment? If you are I would say this is a good deal if you are happy with the signal you recieve as Virgin use the same signal as T-mobile. Unlimited texts obviously has a fair use policy but usually these are very difficult to exceed (usually about 3000 a month but check with the operator when ordering). You will know yourself how many minutes you need so essentially you have 600 minutes even if some are same network.
If you are not bothered about having so many minutes Talkmobile at the carphone warehouse do a lower tariff at £12.50 a month for 150 any network anytime minutes and unlimited texts.
Personally I would say the deal from virgin is good value for money and go for that but that's all down to the quality of signal you recieve.0 -
I think the cashback offer through quidco for the O2 12 month sim option is one of the best at the moment. (Does end today!!)
Its 19.70ish per month but withthe £100 cashback works out at just over £11 per month. You get a free bolt on (i went for unlimited web access), 800 minutes and i think 1600 texts.0 -
well after escaping orange last week
i signed up to a 3 £10 sim only contract. which got me 100mins, unlimited texts and unlimited internet.
i think they have a £15 one that gets you 300 mins though.
Coverage has been good for me so far, but it will depend on your area.0 -

Me too:T:T:T0 -
My sim only is 02 Simplicity option (sim only 30 day notice) - and there are various "plans" depending on how many minutes/texts you use - if you can look through your previous statments to see how many minutes/texts you have actualy been using - and get the tariff closest to your needs (you can always up grade if you use more, and I think (after the initial 30 days) you can downgrade too.
it's worked ot for me, but go through their website to get the best deal (third parties charge more for the same contract, and they make it more difficult if you want to change tariff).
it's the only sim only contract I have had, but I shopped around before I settled for this one - so pleased to be out of long contracts paying for phones I don't actually need. : )0
