3 agreed to cancel contract.
I've been having lots of problems with the 3 network at home to the point i cannot make or recieve calls. I spoke to 3 last Friday and insisted they cancel the contract as they cannot provide the service i'm paying for.
They eventually agreed and my contract will be terminated this week with no more charges on the account. I'm 13 months into a 18 month contract.
I've have a couple questions.

- Will 3 let me keep my Nokia 95?
- If they do will they give me the unlock code to change to another network??

I told them they cannot keep me in a contract where they cannot provide the service i was paying for. If they didn't resolve the issue within 7 days i would be taking it up with the mobile phone regulator (whoever they are, lol)
They had been looking at the problems for 5 weeks and at one point closed my first incident saying it had been resolved.
I do have another question if someone doesn't mind giving the answer. I noticed that the O2 offer of £100 for the 12 month sim expired today on Quidco. So i took the offer. The only problem i have is i don't have the PAC code until 3 ring me today or tomorrow. Will O2 swap my number over after i've recieved the sim??? When ordering it didn't give me the option to keep my number, so i could always ring them up and use that angle..0
