there are some arrears which are being paid off every month, her excuse for bringing this up is that she's not getting the money on a regular basis, its only been 2 months!! and quite obvious to anyone that owns a calender that the 1st & 2nd of august were on a weekend so it would have come out on the 3rd! in reality its nothing to do with it, she just likes causing trouble.......

I referred to your above post. Sorry you didn't like the advice, was only trying to be helpful. There are always two sides to all of these stories and it is no use calling your ex 'stupid' and such, as she isn't here to defend herself and your attitude won't help resolve your issues with her, or the CSA.

But as he explained further on in the thread, he only has the arrears due to the delay in starting making payments after the CSA was contacted. That isn't necessarily his fault. It's not that he was refusing to pay or being awkward. It was the CSA being set up.

He's not done anything wrong and the CSA have no reason to set up a DEO and his ex has no reason to request it if the 2 payments so far have been done by DD. It is NOT the OP's fault that his DD day fell on a weekend.
