Good morning campers - how's the hangover? Shall I shout that a little louder? Hope Wol is chilling out good and proper.

Had a lovely time with Auntie Smashed Numpty and Z first at hers and then up in Edinburgh - and no hangover - had to be careful as i was driving:D

Great to see Beanie, Maz and Bunny again....and nice to meet new faces Pointy Penguin, Taka, Tixy, Flying Fresian :j:A

Really ..that you didn;t find us George - we were all in the family room but Z's hat didn;t arrive until 3.30

Taka, Tixy, Smashed, Numpty Z and myself are now known as the Stalwart 6 - we were the only ones remaining by 7pm so we went abroad (ie outside Wetherspoons) and had a lovely meal.

Have to admit the driving was more tiring than I thought it would be - 18 hours and 950 mile round trip :eek:....just vegged yesterday after picking up Beechie boy from the vets. He's still hanging on - the urine infection is better (not stinky anymore but still a bit leaky poor boy) ....but his guts are still in a mess......and he's not eating much so needs feeding every two hours..:(.

Vulture vet has got results back - nothing conclusive although all cultures showed antibiotic resistant staph and also a strep bacterium so piggies have now got a course of different antibiotics twice a day for the next week. (banana flavour - smells like Angel Delight - must be careful not to confuse the two:rotfl::rotfl:)

Flood Technical group meeting today to survey three sites in the village - got a lot done and things are starting to happen so I'm feeling quite chilled tonight.

Just put dinner in the oven and now going to feed Beechie and then spend this evening with a spot of ironing as it has now reached the ceiling in the spare bedroom

are you sure you need to iron, maybe it's the only thing keeping up the ceiling and itsn't safe to be ironed lol

Wol hun, just caught up since my last visit....

1. great about the lack of flooding

2. hope dad does as he's told, slows down and gets better

3. carp news about the piggies, not having got to the bottom of it all yet (no pun intended Beechie )

4. glad the weekend meet went well

5. what the hell is ironing (joking, honest...mrs G-J will testify I do my share )
