Vodaphone Insurance & Water Damage
Hi
I have Vodaphone phone insurance which I am struggling to find the paperwork for right now
I know it covers accidental damage but online I can't find any finer detail. Does anyone know if it covers water damage? As in oh sh*t I' wondered what the clonking noise in the washine machine was
I realise I'll have my excess to pay but that's better than no phone for the rest of my contract
Thank you

Thanks SnakeEyes.
I've just found this a minute ago so I *think* it is now:

But I am thinking I might drop it on the tube tomorrow on my way into work.. though I'm awful at lying - thank god they won't be able to see my face
But, if I can be honest with them I'd be a heck of a lot more comfortable
In all the bloomin' years of paying insurance, the first time I want to claim and I might not be covered :-(April 2021 Grocery Challenge 34.29 / 2500 -
Here:

Click 'Whats covered' and it says accidental damage is covered,
I'm assuming you pay £6.99 a month extra for this right?0 -
Putting it through a washing machine is accidental damage so tell your Insurers the truth.
If you tell them you lost it on the bus / tube you are committing fraud and its not very hard for them to discover as they simply check when the sim and phone were last switched on / off together and it will indicate them to look into it further0 -
Thanks dacouch. Honesty it is then, pheeeeewApril 2021 Grocery Challenge 34.29 / 2500
