and on Sunday, OH and my M&D and I are all going to the Shoreham Air Show. *wonders if the red arrows will be there for Soappie and LadyL*

The Reds will be doing a flypast at 14.48 at Shoreham on Sunday apparently. They'll be doing a full display at Bournemouth today, tomorrow and Sunday which is much closer to my neck of the woods. In fact, they gave me a personal flypast a couple of hours ago on their way to the airport - they cruised past the bottom of my garden at a very low level :D

I'm off to Bournemouth airport soon. That's where I'm meeting them this evening :D:D

Friday Flyby! ~ Childrens rooms/spare rooms or neglected rooms!

Spend half an hour doing something for YOURSELF!!!! You work hard and deserve it!
    Level Two
Drag the junk from under the bed and put it away nice and tidy
    Vacuum/mop floors
    Dust and deweb
    Level Three
Sort through a box of toys or 'stuff' and get rid of the junk and rubbish!
Sort through a cupboard of clothes and get rid of the stuff tat no longer fits and make it all tidy

Have managed to do my dailies each day, and living in fear of tackling DDs room....it'll only lead to arguments. I'll do some of the list, but think I'll wait until she's back at school (12 days, yay!!! not that I'm counting or anything :p) before really giving it a good tidy. Problem is, it's tidy-ish when she goes to bed but then she plays until she's ready to sleep, then leaves it really untidy.

I did manage to spend half an hour in the garden, so the front is starting to look a lot better. One of the flower beds is weed free now and ready to take the shrubs I'm moving from the back garden (creating a very small vegetable plot out the back).

I'm off to get some lunch now and perhaps read for a while before the baby wakes up.

    Have a good day
    D

  • Triker - hope your cat is going to be okay.
    Ishtar (((hugs)))

Still ploughing through DS1's bedroom. Found loads of stuff to chuck, a stack of comics for the doctor's surgery, some educational toys that will go to dh's work and a couple of bits for ebay.
I only did this a little while ago - it's amazing how much stuff is still left!

Going to stop now for some hm carrot and lentil soup and then I'll start again since it's just started chucking it down (looks like bbq on the beach is out later).

London Eye:eek: it stopped - I said there was NO WAY they were winching me down if it jammed when it stopped!

    national Gallery
    etc etc
Oh and Sister Act at the Palladium!
