Make that a HHI - I've just seen how much ironing I've still got left to do - I'll see if I can finish it before I have to pick DS up.

My garden needs a complete redesign - garage & shed demolishing, patio digging out (it's level with the damp course ), part of the hedge replacing with fence, drive fencing, gates moving, hedge removed from part of front garden to allow parking, beds moving. So I need a designer and a project manager who will employ & manage any contractors needed... and preferably do stuff while I'm not here (while also ensuring that all my favourite plants are loved and cared for during the process!)

I've done some of the work stuff off my list... but I'm still not dressed and haven't done anything off my personal list. I've got 5 mid-year reviews to finish too... which I really ought to do, seeing as they all did the work!

So I should probably get dressed, go to the post box and hope I feel more lively when I get back!

I've washed up, put the WM on, and have sorted out one drawer of my COD. There was so much rubbish in there - magazines from 08, bills from 08, loads of sewing stuff (I'd like to get a box to put that in), and some card making stuff, and some of those plastic pockets that you put in ring binders

The middle drawer looks even worse! I can hardly bear to look at it! Am going for a nap before I tackle it! I'm really tired today

I've got about 10 items left to iron but I need to go and pick DS up now so they'll have to wait. Catch you in a bit.

I'm back from the Drs. She doesn't think I've got a chest infection but says go back if it gets worse. She thinks I've picked up a second virus. I'm a bit annoyed with myself as she felt all my glands and sinuses and I thought they were all ok then when I left I realised some of them are very sore! Still, it's probably still a viral thing. I just need to be careful as I've had a bad post-viral illness in the past.

I've told my friend I can't visit, I think I'd be ok but it will do me more good to stay home. Nurse advised me not to travel. I'm going to phone up and see if I can get any money back on my ticket, but I don't think I'll have much luck as it was an advance.

I'm not sure DH is all that impressed as he has tomorrow off and is planning on watching the cricket. Now he's got me under his feet lol.

In terms of doing stuff, today will be very little again for me. Perhaps just put the WM on and the piles of clean washing away. I also need to look for cottages again as DH didn't like the one I came up with yesterday - Men!!

I collected all the sun vouchers for a caravan hol for the 6 of us and by the time the send off date came no-one had picked any dates or any parks!!!! Excuses were - couldn't get the time off work, don't want to travel too far, didn't know what they were :eek: They'd only been cluttering up the kitchen table for ages and kept being moved and brought ut to discuss. - I give up too!

    Hope you feel better soon.

Off upstairs now paintwork, windows and blinds calling.
