  • Hi,
I'm a bit of a lurker, aiming to join in officially soon but for now i'm looking for a bit of advice. Has anyone got some tips for me - when cleaning the bathroom i find that i cannot get rid of an 'offensive' smell around the toilet. I've tried all different kinds of products - i'm not sure if it's the seat but i don't want to replace it as it'd cost me around £70 ( we have a square shaped toilet). Have cleaned this morning but there's still a stale smell if you know what i mean. I know it's a really gross subject but any suggestions would be fab.

Sent him packing off to buy another one then he can find the other when i need it as it will take nearly 2 tubs :rolleyes:

I am kernackered lol need to nip out to morrisons for some nibbly stuff for tonight, my mate from work is coming over and we are going to another mates for a girly night. She is not stopping over now as she has to pick her parents up later so at least I don't have to make up W's bed for her to sleep in.

Been MIA again! I find it really hard keeping up with the thread during the school holidays :o

But I've been thinking about you all, and hoping everyone is ok... or at least ok(ish)
I've been so busy at home, running round doing loads of stuff, and getting ready for going to Scotland on Friday, and MEETING TOOTS!!! Yay :D :j :D

I rediscovered my love of Bovril, and then chucked a whole cup all over the kitchen floor.
