I did it!!!!! After much grunting and swearing like a trooper, DD1's new chest of drawers is inserted in her room!!!! My lovely mam and dad have some new bedroom furniture and donated their old stuff to us! It consisted of 2 single wardrobes (now in the attic for storage), the middle dressing table part (DD1 has this in her room) 2 chests of drawers (1 for DD1 and 1 for me!), and a little toy box/seat for DD2! Have transferred socks and tights to the dressing table bit from the princessbox things that she had sitting on the windowsill which will now be donatedto DD2. Have put school clothes in the chest of drawers (3 drawers now full!) but it has emptied 2 drawers in another chest for the stuff she does not fit yet! Keep getting donated clothes from next door's youngest whois 12, and in the true spirit of MSE am keeping them till DD1 fits them. By which time DD2 will be wearing the stuff DD1 is currently in! DD2's wardrobe has a large shelf along the top which is almost full of stuff she will grow into as well!!!
Right off to do some more while DH does the garden!!!!

DD has just been wandering around the house with dog dirt on his shoe:mad: and he must have known as DD knew but she only told me after he'd wandered all round the house because she forgot.:mad:
So I've cleaned his shoe up and checked the carpets and floors. Decluttered some stuff from the DR floor and that's about it.NST #10 Steps 7K 2/30 10K 2/12 5 a day 3/30 NSD 0/20
