You should have had a CD in with the phone with a package called Motorola PhoneTools. You need to install that on the PC to download and upload stuff from it.
And you should have had a USB connection cable with the phone to allow you to connect it to the PC. It's quicker than using Bluetooth in my experience.I'm so sexy it's a wonder my underpants don't explode.0 -
didn't get any of these with the fone.foned the shop where i got it and they said it don't cone with the fone.No reliance should be placed on the above.0

Did you buy the phone from new? If it was a second-hand or reconditioned phone I can understand that these goods were not included - you can probably download the software and buy a cable cheaply from eBay.
If the phone was new, in the box, it should have had those bits in with it - mine did.I'm so sexy it's a wonder my underpants don't explode.0 -
