    Did you use a diary or do you know approximately when you would have called them even within a month or two?
    If you do then the bank can audit trail you account(which will pick up all members of staff who accessed your account) or can check a log of calls that should pick up you if you called a call centre

    i can remember the account was roughly £70 ish over drawn if i could access online banking i could find out put they have suspended accounts

    you need to send a subject access request to NatWest so that you can be certain of which is bank error potentially and which is not.
