Morning all,
The gas man is coming this morning to fit the new boiler and radiator etc ..so we'll be warmer.
I need to cancel my boiler cover with BG as well.
Bank takings
Do accounts
Send DH to the Halifax to get his money and also give him the money I have here towards his CC....so making a decent overpayment.
Need to look at all balances on CCs etc ..so I can update my sig


I've already checked the bank accounts and have had £730+ put in ...I guess that's from the tax but that is very low so will have to get the paperwork out and go through the figures.Will leave it a couple of days to see if the rest comes in and then contact the accountant to see whether he can work out why it was only that.
I was expecting £1500 but once the payments on account are taken out for DHS tax for jan and july ..I think it comes to about £730 odd..but will double check.
If that is what they've done it's very cheeky as they are not due ubtil jan and july next year and that money would have been gaining interest in my account...

Thanks Hypno I suspect that they have taken the payments on account or that another one is due in seperately ..we have 3 tax returns....one each and the partnership one...so don't know whether this is just from one tax rebate rather tahn the two.

Haven't done much.
Accounts are done.
DH has gone to Halifax ...so overpayment of £240 today.
I have checked every account and amended my sig accordingly.
The brackets at the end is the total outstanding when taking savings into account same as with the mortgage figures.
The boiler man is here and making mess and noise.
I've cancelled the BG boiler cover and DD
I'm just going to pop to the bank now as DH has just come in.

Morning all...hope you're all ok.
Well the boiler is now fitted..they were very professional.They were here until nearly 8pm.The house is loads warmer now as we have that second big radiator downstairs.
I'll go to the shop today and pay for it.
Checked banking and a little bit from quidco and the £4o back from bingo is in the account...will do transfers later when I have had time to think.

Morning all.
Had to change plans a bit yesterday.I went to pay for the boiler at the shop and was going to use DHS 0% CC but they had forgot to inform me that there was a 2% CC fee...so this would have cost me £40.00...so I had to pay out of my A+L account and put myself seriously in the O/D..so then had to transfer the £1000 floating money that I fund halifax accounts with and send that FP back to A+L....so am now about £500 into the overdraft as I had about £500 in there....Just gone to send another £600 back to A+L from Halifax and faster payments isn't working..so will try again later and if it doesn't work I'll bank enough anyway by monday to be out of the O/D again...so will cost me 50p a day but will still be under £2.00 so not bad...and at least it will be paid for and not on the card...so just have to find another £1000 by next month again to fund the accounts.

I sorted the tax business out...that payment that went in my bank was my tax rebate..it was about £6 more than the accountant had put..so this is why it threw me.....DHs tax return hasn't been dealt with yet so we are still awaiting that rebate.

Not a lot happening here...no wins on BB and I'm put off by the problems peeps are having on KJ so not really doing that one at the moment..though I do pop on if I remember to.

ISOM you're best reading Hypnos thread and DTs thread on bingo as BB seems ok and people were having problems with KJ.
