Thanks KC....it feels good as you well know.

Am looking forward to how little I will owe on the mortgage when taking into account of whats left after the bills have all cleared....it will be under £30k owing on the mortgage...obviously not working will impact paying extra off but will probbably achieve my dream

ohhh taxi what type of camera are you going for? have a wee sneak at the cannon eos range 50d is a nice one ... s.l.r camera ... i had a 40d (one of the ones that were stolen) and a 350 eos (35mm camera) i have to admit i did prefer the 35 mm camera to the digital but i think thats more because i am old fashioned than anything else ....

am looking for a new camera myself someone mentioned the olympus pen ep1 but i have to admit i wasnt very impressed with it ...

i would happily give space room for a good nikon (what the professionals use generally) or a cannon
