It definitely helps knowing the timetable...0

It really does, doesn't it. I'm not too bad on following up on my scheduled health checks, but there's more I could do. You do make me think, Taxi.2023: the year I get to buy a car0

I'm pleased you have a timetable as at least you know what is happening and you have some form of control now instead of waiting on everybody.

Long time lurker here!!
ESA is paid at a rate of £65.45 every week (usually paid fortnightly) for at least 13 weeks, could be more depending when they call you in for a Work Capability Assessment.
Once you have had your WCA you will be put into the category of either work related activity or support. Each of these gives you extra money each week. So then you would either get £91.40 or £96.85.
The work related activity group is for people that are not fit to do their usual job but with training and courses could get a different job.
Support group is for people who are too ill to work and cannot undertake any work related activity .ie. courses etc.
Hope this helps a bit.
