Thanks Lucielle ..it was a panic as I didn't know whether I'd set it up right.I think it was just that it was weekend and bank holiday that it took so long to show up.

Quite fancied a walk today but it has piddled down here nearly all day - so I've sorted out more paperwork and thrown lots of bits out of my craft room to make it easier to find stuff  (ha ha - find it better when I'm untidy).

Stewed steak sounded good - not had that for ages.

Technophobe question - where is the button to start a new thread - been looking for it for days and I can't find it anywhere DOH - :o - what a wally!! Ta if anyone can tell me :A

    Hi

    can manage the new thread.

On the top line where Forum is, click the word forum, that brings you onto new screen, all the sections of board.

So for example, I wanted to start a new thread on debt free diary, click the section, another new screen, and theirs a box that says "New Thread", click that, and bobs ur uncle.

(Have to apologise, not technical, so long winded way round). x
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx

Afternoon all...been in about half an hour and done my banking....
I've just transferred the £5 profit from Halifax into Egg and also the £130 quidco money to Egg...
I've also just sent back £1095 out of DHs new halifax to myself but that'll take a few days to arrive in my A+L account...when it does I'll send the £1000 back to my Halifax account and the £95 to Egg...the savings are coming on well.
I've jsut sent £20 to Virgin for my PAD as I never got around to it yesterday.
Work was quite busy because the weather was atrocious.
I'm awaiting the statements from the CCs etc to update my sig....think I'll be able to do the mortgage one so will check that one in a bit.
Then off to check the diaries....catch you all later.

    Have updated my figures now...

Just home and made a brew and fed the dogs.Just done banking and paid £47.80 to VIRGIN CC...I've decided to make £10 per day minimum as that is what I would've spent on cigs and then as and when I can any extra.I don't really know what the system is with PAD on here..so I must read through and see how everyone else is doing it.
Work was quite quiet this morning but the traffic is quite busy as it's the switch on tonight.I may take a walk down there if the rain holds off.
