Forgot to mention..that now means that I've paid more than £20k off for the challenge.

I will carry on and see if I can make it to £30k by the end of the challenge.

Taxi - not been around for a while and I come back to see your news - keep your chin up and hang on in there. It's no good saying don't worry as I know you will (I had a scare a few weeks ago - different body part - but consultant told me it was 'highly probable' it was cancer - scared me silly - I was convinced he was cushioning me before he told me for certain - but it turned out to be a false alarm) The good thing is you have acted straight away and have your appointment through - when is it? In my case it was the not knowing that got me - I felt I could cope if I knew what I was facing - the not knowing and not being in control really freaked me. I'll be thinking of you and sending positive vibes over to Blackpool.

The debt busting is fantastic as usual - makes more sense to pay off the cc's before the saving.

Thanks Milann..my appointment is on monday...I am the same..the not knowing is the hard bit..I said the exact same thing to DH this afternoon...that if I knew one way or the other I would know what was happening and can plan/act accordingley.
Glad you have the all clear too x
I am just nervy at the moment and guess it will be a few weeks before I know oneway or the other.
