Taxi if you want any diet buddies Dragon has a thread on the Health and Beauty board that restarts every month - everyone is doing different diets/methods so there is nothing set to follow. I am seriously getting back into losing weight again as I have maintained for 3 weeks now!

Just told OH about your medicals and he says loads of them would fail it including him - may be time for him to join the gym in case they follow suit here!xx

They will follow suit there as it is a national thing starting in 2010.It is also on the DVLA site..and is the same rules as for lorry drivers and bus drivers.

Taxi - bet you won't be the only driver panicking about getting fit. It's an incentive and a half though but can they enforce it without discriminating?

Taxi i'm also going to hit the weight loss and exercise regime in the new year as i have a fear i could lose my job and unfortunately it's very true that if employers are given a choice they employ a thin person. Just got to make sure i don't give them that excuse.
