What about making a list of the places you quite fancy going and then get a round the world ticket that allows so many stops along the way.

That's what my mum did a couple of years ago - wanted to see Hawaii, Australia, Thailand, and some other places, so got a round the world ticket that allowed her to spend a couple of days in some, and a couple of weeks in others, and she planned her "perfect" holiday and ticked off a huge number of boxes!

wow holiday talk! Lovely...What about telling u what you like in a holiday (ie relaxing, touristy, history, scenery etc) and we could all see what we can come up with to assist! Bet between us we managed to contribute to debt totals by travel - know I did!!

Taxi, that sounds absolutely wonderful, I would *love* to go to Cuba - did you see the Che films that were on earlier this year, the delBenicio (?) ones that were in subtitles - they were filmed at the places where much of it happened a lot of the time.......

That sounds amazing what your Mum did Hypno. Holidays arent my thing but I check the horses for sale literally every day to keep me motivated - I think its good to keep the goals in mind, especially when we have had/are having a long hard journey to get there! xxx

WOW...Hypno....that sounds fantastic and worth serious consideration ..really like that one and if we don't do it then will do that a couple of years later.
ISOM...we like a mixture of everything in our holidays.
Penguin...Cuba is my favourite place...I would live there if I could....lol....I never saw those films ..what a shame!!!
