Has anyone who purchased an o2 contract through a third party seller managed to successfully add on an inclusive (free) bolt-on by calling up customer services? If so, how did you manage it?
I just rang them to add the unlimited web bolt-on only to be told I cannot because I bought the contract thru a third party seller.

I had bought it through DAP a SIM only contract and it was entitled to a free unlimited bolt-on.
Infact, when i called O2 CS they asked what bolt on would i be interested and as soon as i gave them my choice, with in next 24 hrs it was active on my account. But if you were told you are not entitled to a free bolt on you will have to contact your third party seller....
hope this helps...
if you want to add a bolt on just dial 202 and follow the options....0
