I cannot understand how this scam can happen unless it has the blessing of the networks and Ofcom. It is not as if the money disappears. So if the network refuse to pay the owners of this site they wont do it. Sorry but is that too simple?
Curious though as to how much it would cost to text these numbers?0 -
