I think it all sounds a bit odd. They've told Nikki that they are emailing people to ask for proof of purchase yet no one seems to have received one of these emails, money is still being taken for orders and orders are still being delivered

Unless they implemented this policy within the last couple of days it doesn't seem to fit. Any earlier than that and you would expect people to be receiving emails or for outstanding dwarfs to have stopped arriving?

Has anyone got an email/refund or any more info?

Just also wanted to say, that it does say 28 days for delivery, and they have probably had ALOT of orders, but i wouldnt wait past 40 days!!:D

hmmm becky if you read back , you might need proof you brought the products before you get these , they are holding orders , and it seems orders of the 7 fellas. i wouldnt hold your breath on getting these.
