Just got mine in the post today - love them! really cheered me up! ordered them on the 19th august, so was about the right time frame.
my boyfriend loves them too! (good job as part his xmas present!)
they are really lovely, and def worth buying them.
the box size is 10x15x10" so not massive (i did order all 7 too); but not heavy at all, not sure bout postage costs for the US though.

Our box for one dwarf was franked at £1.50. not sure where this figure came from as second class parcels are as follows:

I am guessing it weighs between 100g and 250g, if that helps?0 -
