I don't think you should have said that tbh:huh:woohoo_postingid wrote:Disabled people get to sit down in a wheelchair and get pushed to their car - so therefore the spaces should be further away.
I'm joking BTW before anyone attacks me ;-)The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing:)0 -

The McDonalds in Tavistock, Devon seem to go one better. Staff (17 year olds, mainly girls I might add) park in those spaces, and the manager lets them get away with it.

I don't understand what this assertion that it was mainly girls has to do with anything, least of all parking in disabled spaces. Can you explain please?0 -
Good idea, avoid McDonalds.I've given up complaining, as I've got a life - vote with feet methinks!Happy chappy0 -
Drove past there today and no cars in the disabled spaces.Marsh Samphire0

Hopefully because all the disabled people are boycotting them. And the offending staff have been sacked.Marsh_Samphire wrote:Drove past there today and no cars in the disabled spaces.Light blue touchpaper and stand well back !0 -
If you have a problem with people abusing disabled parking bays and feel brave enough, you can download and print off posters and stick them on the offending cars.

you should vote with your wheels and use the drivethru
Also if you are going to complain make sure it's after you've ordered or the mayo might taste a bit salty.0 -
it's because they can't park for sh*t so they need the wider disabled bays.0

Have printed off some of these - brilliant post. Being registered disabled I have a boss who blatantly Laughs and says he ALWAYS parks in the disabled bays at our local supermarket as there are far too many in his humble opinionMrs_B wrote:If you have a problem with people abusing disabled parking bays and feel brave enough, you can download and print off posters and stick them on the offending cars.
