RyanAir pilots can't even read a map, as they keep landing at the wrong airports :D

Expect to pay at least £20 for Taxes for any flight on any airline one way.

especially when that life raft had a problem and the staff didnt even care

I don't care if the liferaft works or not...name me one instance where the presence of a liferaft actually saved anyone in a plane disaster??? They tend to be pretty useless either whenever the plane explodes at 30,000 feet or ploughs into the side of a mountain or crashes into another plane on the ground.

The whole 'plane safety' spiel is just 'reassurance' for us travellers. Can you imagine if you had to listen to that monologue everytime you got on a bus or train, or even into a car; yet bizarrely you're more likely to die in the car....... hang on a mo, maybe if we had liferafts in the car we'd be less likely to die in a head on collision????;)

The device which was claimed to show some sort of pressure problem was actually an emergency espace slide. Would the undercover reporters stay onboard an aircraft if they genuinely believed their means of escape in an emergency situation did not work?

If you have a choice,go with Easyjet.
40% off fares till end of June.
    Book by midnight tonight.
    http://www.easyjet.com/en/book/sizzling_summer_sale.html

Think you will find they give Ryanair a run for their money price wise.
Ryanairs price continues to esculate as you book. And that £8 insurance just wants to be added on.
Same can go for Easyjet, but not to that extent.

i dont know the exact name but one thing is for sure

1.airlines around the world all have these on board
    2.they are standard safety equipment
3.airlines would not be carrying extra weight for fun

i dont know how you can stick up for such a poorly run, dangerous and misleading company they are a total farce.

That documentary shows there disregard for safety and all they care about is profit hence why they only have aturnaround time of about 5 times which is just about enough time to clean the plane let alone run the all important safety checks.

Thats why ryanairs planes always smell of sick and are dirty/grimey and safety checks are rarely done as was the case and i think its disgraceful when they market themselves as a reliable company !!

My mobile phone hasnt stopped ringing.. i got the sim card off ebay because it was a very easy number but unfortunatly it is very similar to ryanairs...

When was the last time anyone survived a plane crash using a lift raft

They could give you your own 'Lifeboat' with an outboard motor, but it ain't going to save you

Your best bet is to hide where the little black box is, that always survives ;)

...just to add, do you know why they tell you to get in the crash position if the plane is falling. They say it's to help with survival ... it's not.

If you are in that position with your head tucked under and sort of in a ball, it means your neck will snap and you will die instantly at the point of impact, therefore you don't die in agony.

I'm full of joys of spring today aren't I?, lol

I'm sure you could sell it to SleazyJet for a fortune!

I hate ryanair... when you turn up a few seconds after checkin closes they refuse you on board, even if the plane doesnt take off on time. i claimed my £40 late arrival penalty fee through a chargeback from my credit card company.

if you want to contact their customer services you have to fax to a costly non-UK number - and they reply by email.

don't believe their 'free' flight deals - you pay taxes that INCLUDE THEIR OWN FEE in addition to taxes.

I will never use them for UK flights - can be cheaper if you book a train ticket early AND it is waaayyyyy friendlier to the environment.
