Is that not what cyberbob said?

But I used more words lol. The seller still was talking about how the buyer had moved etc etc after cyberbob had pointed this out so I thought I would reconfirm it as the seller obviously wasn't taking it to heart.
Within 45 days the buyer holds all the cards if they have paid by paypal, that is how it is now, paypal will tell them to return it and the seller to refund, regardless of how unfair the buyer sees this. (third time lucky:rotfl:)0 -
They have 45 days to open a claim, so if they bought on 12th July, they need to open the dispute with Paypal by 26th August, so we're talking 9 days left to stall them...
Are they a regular ebayer who knows the return rules? Can you think of any feasible ways you can stall them to take it past the 45 days claim? Ignore them for a week and say you've been on holiday? ask them to take it to a specialist to get it looked at?
How much money are we talking about here?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

They have a feedback of 12 (100%) and have been members for years. I am not all that fussed if they neg me as its not like a sell regularly. The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits0
