Hi i have just had my sons phone repaired,it had a cracked screen,£35 they quotes,yes i said,went to fetch it back,and the screen still cracked,they said,it says lcd repair,thats what you was quoted,so i put across that how the girl said it the screen would be replaced,so he said bring it back tuesday and he would have found 1 by then.Got home switched it on and it says insert sim,there is 1 in it.
Any idea's,or have they totally messed it up?
