ITVHD on SkyHD how to guide

I was just looking for a USB DVD-S2 device for my laptop so I can watch and record ITVHD when I came across this site which tells you step by step how to program Sky to get it. Nothing on there at the mo though (limited shows). Remember you can only do this with a SkyHD box.

ITV HD is meant to become full time later this year so I read
  • ITV HD can be added manually to Sky HD boxes that have the new EPG.

I'll have to have a go as I have the new EPG. Any ideas why my sister and my in-laws who both have SkyHD boxes that are only a couple of months old, still have the old EPG's? Our box is over 2 years old but was automatically updated several months ago. A good while before they even got their boxes. I assumed all new boxes would have it.

I can record ITV-HD on my Humax HDR box by just tuning into ITV London.

It gives the option to record HD when there's an HD program available. I've recorded the past 2 "The Bills" in HD and I'm in Scotland (STV don't have HD channel yet...)

I don't have the new EPG yet either. It was rolled out to the older boxes but I believe they've had to do some changes for the newer boxes, which is why not all have been done.
