is sky 0845/0870 numbers free??

    If there is anyone here who is a Virgin Media customer? Did you realise that Virgin have put up its phone charges for 0845 numbers?
    The cost of phoning 0845 and 0870 is now the same, i.e 9.79 ppm as from 1/10/2009 plus a connection charge of 9.79p!
    Absolutely scandalous! I have Talk Unlimited but is absolutely useless when phoning businesses unless ofcourse it is listed on the brilliant SAYNOTO0870 website.
    Virgin Media must be the most expensive for 0845/0870 charges.

    Sorry! I meant to say the cost of phoning 0845 has gone up from 6.85ppm and will now be the same as phoning 0870 as from 1/10/2009.
