just been looking at these two sites who have some very good offers on with high spec phones. e.g. 12 months free line rental.
does anyone know if these are easy to deal with regarding cashback etc?

    Mobileshop.com - send you all the redemption vouchers, complete with the valid/exppiry dates on them. Make the whole procedure very easy for you.

    Phonebox Direct - they email you a link to the terms & condtions, and a link to the redemption cerificates.

    Used them both - and so far so good :)
