Hi All
I have just got a jet from orange and suprise suprise it is so loaded with orange software you cant use the phone properly.
Does anyone know an easy way to remove the orange software, by easy i mean for a complete beginner.

The only way to get rid of network branding is to flash the firmware with a clean version.
Can be a right task on some handsets, I don't know enough about the Jet to know how hard.
What it will do is void your guarantee, so if the phone ever goes wrong your screwed. Mess with the firmware is a big no no where that's concerned. And its the most obvious to check for when they get it back.
There should be some guides around, try googling and see what comes back. . .0 -
