  • Hi everyone, I'm ttc but also really trying to save money. From what I've heard (and correct me I'm wrong) but having a baby doesn't need to be as expensive as everyone says. I've seen lots of good offers and obviously breast feeding is free. Boots Parenting Club looks brilliant. So excited to get pregnant...just a waiting game now.
Hope everyone is doing well and congratulations to those who have recently given birth.
    xx

aw, could be another case of finish work on the friday, baby on the Sunday????? God, I hope not. I want to chill out and have my last ever me time. Unless I can convince her that Daniel Craig is educational viewing:confused:

my bag was packed at 2am yesterday!!!!! still forgot loadsa stuff - no scratch mitts or bibs! not enough sleepsuits or vests!! Got bibs and scratch mitts, just put few more sleep suits in and going to lay pretty photo type dress on top

went thru 4 of each after he puked and peed on them. It also crossed my mind that I probably don't have enough clothes for me (in case I get in the way of the puke and pee) but I don't fit in much now and have hardly anything suitable for feeding. More washing tomorrow I think

oh and I put my maternity pads in the post delivery bag which was in the car and I needed it as my waters kept trickling. Got them and ok as I have to take everything in with me

I was amazed at how dry your lips get with the G&A - OH said they looked green & gunky!! Got a chapstick type thing and hunting around for some cherry coke to keep mouth moist (still can't get enough of that stuff)

getting used to typing with one hand now!!!

OH just panicked cos Jack started crying - it's the first time he's cried properly. he's having a cuddle with me now and he's OK. :DCant beat mummy cuddles. Or is that your way of calming OH down;)
