Just had to tell you's about the dream i had when i finally managed to get to sleep last night. It really was a sign i have been looking at nappies to much. I dreamed we were with the baby visiting OH's family and his sister that i don't like started arguing that i was an embarrassment for using washables and was making their family appear to be paupers.

She kept trying to give me a pack of pampers and wipes to save face with the neighbors as i was trying to storm of.:rotfl: But all the old nehbours were clapping saying they were proud of a modern girl with old fashion values.:T:T

Think i need to stay of baby sites today.

Just have to add the dream helped me decide that i really should use the terry's i was changing the nappie in my dream without a problem with the baby wriggling, only freaky thing was the baby had no bits it was like a barbie doll!!

could try that - I'll try anything me!

Right hoovering down - had to carry hoover downstairs and it's a right faff. OH bound to moan that I've carried it but not a lot I can do when it needs doing and he's not here!

House is now ready should BIL ever decide to grace us with his presence - I was goin to cook him a roast but as he hasn't got back to us and wants to go to the pub to watch 2 footy games I didn't bother taking a joint out.

  • Wow it's quiet on here today! Been reading over the past few days, but not much to say.

Went for scan on Friday - think we're on team pink but the scan lady said they could be wrong?!

Surely if she wasn't sure, she wouldn't have guessed? Now I'm worried that we'll tell everyone a girl and it'll be wrong. Arghh!!

Random (nosey) question to Glam - which footie team do you follow? I thought it was Everton but then I saw your posts yesterday and now I'm pretty sure it's not Everton!

Which teams do other people support? Mine is Brighton and Hove Albion (oh dear!) xx

Thanks glam. Got mine last week, came out of pharmacy loaded up.

Off to parents now for some Birthday cake and spoiling.

Back later but not sure when.

Be thinking of Suzy, hope you're right and she had bubs without the induction.

Seriously. Nothing could be more important. The 13 hours of labour before the C-section gave me piles and then apparently it's common to not be able to go after a C-section. Double whammy... get the scrip before you need it, ladies, and I sincerely hope you don't.

Sarah - yes it has been really quiet on here recently. I've been trying to keep up to date on the parent thread as well. I used to go Everton games by default but they have screwed us over recently so now I hope the barstewards go down!
    I actually support West Ham!
