Help - they stole my picture!

I have an item on ebay that is going really well so I checked out similar items to see if they all go for this amount and saw someone had listed an identical item and used my picture!!!!
The photo I used looks a bit like a stock photo as I use a white background and my OH is a dab hand with photoshop so maybe they thought it was a stock photo and they could use it.
I have examined their picture very carefully and I have no doubt that it's mine.
What do I do?

You can report it i beleive, there shoud be a report button at the bottom of the page click that and then there should be a link.
if not go to help and search something like user using my picture.0 -
If you are sure, they are breaching your copyright.
Go to the listing > click on report item > select 'copying of your listing' > select the detailed reason > click submit to file the report.0 -
Report them for copying your listing?2 angels in heaven :A0

I have reporting a few people who stole my photos. As due to the product I sell its something that a few people may have similar. I have also see complete and partial stealing of my listings. I would report it as copying your listing as they have just stolen the photo from it! Your OH obviously takes time and effort to get a decent photo.0

I'm not defending the git that pinched your pic though, just saying watermarking would have stopped them (or made it really obvious to everyone if they did use it).Back on MSE after a 5 year hiatus.

Sorry to be dense but why do people worry about other people using their photo's? I would never pinch someones photo (mainly because i feel i can take a good photo myself) but does it really effect your listing?0

wise up and take a chill pill, does it really matter as long as your item soldmortui non mordent0

I have to agree with the boave 2 posts as it won't really affect you, will it?? Still report them but dont make a big deal out of it.MSE allowed me to see the light0

It may not affect the OP, but potential buyers are being misled, surely?0

Thanks for your advice. It does matter as it makes my pic look like a stock photo if the one on the listing below looks exactly the same.
I don't know about you guys but I don't even look at a listing if it's got a stock photo - I like to see what I'm buying and if they can't be bothered to take a picture I worry what sort of service they are going to give.
Anyway, I e-mailed the seller and asked her nicely to remove the picture which she did (but no apology!). Was angry at first which is why I asked for advice but have since calmed down - after all she's just trying to make a few pennies just like the rest of us and perhaps she'll think twice before doing it again!
Thanks again for your help0
